Psychological Support
My therapeutic approach supports adolescents and adults through life’s emotional, relational, and mental health challenges using evidence-based, mindfulness-informed practices. I am able to provide support from a number of different therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). These approaches can help clients build practical skills for emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves and others.
Support can be provided for a range of mental health challenges including:
-
Anxiety & worry
-
Depression & low mood
-
PTSD and trauma
-
Addiction
-
Stress & burnout
-
Emotion regulation difficulties
-
Adjustment to life changes/transitions
-
Anger management
-
ADHD
-
ASD
Each session and the therapeutic approach taken are tailored to meet the unique needs of each person I work with — whether that’s learning to manage overwhelming emotions, navigating identity and transitions, working through past experiences, or developing a stronger sense of meaning and direction.
I work with you to create a supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and build the inner resources needed to move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Sessions are offered both in-person at Maroochydore and anywhere in Australia via telehealth.
My current fee schedule can be found below.
Fee Schedule
Below you will find information about current fees and funding options (current from 31/03/2026)

Standard fee
The current fee for a 60 minute session is $170. You do not need a referral to make an appointment. If you have private health insurance you may be able to make a claim for psychology sessions from your health insurance provider.

NDIS
I accept clients with NDIS funding, both self-managed and plan managed. The standard fee is $200 for a 60 minute session. If you require reports this will incur a fee separate to the session fee and will be discussed prior to any work being done.

Medicare rebate
