Psychological Support

My therapeutic approach supports adolescents and adults through life’s emotional, relational, and developmental challenges using evidence-based, mindfulness-informed practices. I am able to provide support from a number of different therapeutic approaches, including  Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). These approaches can help clients build practical skills for emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves and others.

Support can be provided for a range of mental health challenges including:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Stress

  • Trauma related disorders

  • Addiction

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

  • Grief and loss

  • Neurodiversity

Sessions and the therapeutic approach taken are tailored to meet the unique needs of each person—whether that’s learning to manage overwhelming emotions, navigating identity and transitions, working through past experiences, or developing a stronger sense of meaning and direction.

I work collaboratively to create a supportive space where clients can slow down, reflect, and build the inner resources needed to move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Sessions are offered both in-person at Maroochydore and anywhere in Australia via telehealth.
